They are also 24/7 so you can literally call them at anytime. After speaking with Shuntel she got us signed up and handed us over to their Amazing scheduling manager Tamaya. She stays on top of every change that needs to be made and gives us the most on point updates without us even asking! If you’re looking for a caregiving agency that feels like family? Go with them! They are professionals and will hold your hand along the whole process.
Me and my mom absolutely love Amada! The customer service we got from the office was so heartfelt and warm. I specifically spoke with Tamaya in scheduling. She was able to answer all of my many questions with joy. She sounded extremely excited to help us out with my mom’s schedule.
