Do You Have What It Takes to Care with Love & Serve with Heart? Our Requirements:

  • Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but heart and dedication matter most!
  • Ability to pass a background check through Live Scan fingerprinting and provide references.
  • Meet 10 hours of initial training and 5 hours of annual renewal training per CA state hiring requirements.
  • Obtain a negative TB test and provide proof of vaccinations, potentially including COVID-19 vaccination.
  • Register with the CA Home Care Aide (HCA) registry.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of current auto insurance.
  • A true passion for helping others and a commitment to excellence in care.
  • Openness to feedback and a willingness to grow.
  • A true passion for caregiving and a desire to help others
  • Pride in providing excellent client care and customer service
  • Empathy, patience, and a compassionate nature
  • Ability to work independently and follow care plans
  • Willingness to provide and accept constructive feedback
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or complete within first 90 days of employment)
  • Clearly read, write, speak, and understand English. Multilinguals are most welcome.
  • At least 18 years old
  • At least a GED
