Meet Our Team of Senior Care Professionals
Executive Team

Greg Getchell | Owner & President
As a small business owner, I care personally about each of our clients and am deeply invested in the Twin Cities senior community. I prioritize finding ways to help anyone who reaches out to me, whether it is connecting a family with our exceptional staff for in-home care, helping a senior understand their long-term care policy, advocating for veterans who qualify for VA in-home care benefits, or referring a family to another service or agency better suited to their needs. Your well-being is my top priority, and I am committed to treating you with the utmost attention and respect.
Kelly M. | Executive Director
My focus is building a collaborative, supportive team that consistently delivers compassionate care to older adults and their families. My leadership style is warm and intentional, grounded in purpose, strategic thinking and a commitment to meaningful outcomes. With a unique background in public health, business ownership, nonprofit advocacy, and mission-driven growth, I’m all about leading efforts that support people’s health and well-being.

Joyce G. | Executive Director of Marketing & Finance
Passionate about helping families navigate senior care, I lead marketing efforts that highlight the ways we support aging loved ones with dignity and compassion. I also oversee financial matters, including long-term care insurance reporting, to ensure a stress-free experience for clients. With 20 years of experience in business and non-profit management, I bring a strategic blend of marketing leadership and financial expertise to further our mission.
Client Care Team
Our Client Care Services Team, which includes our nurses and Client Care Managers and Directors, guide families and caregivers through every step of the care journey. From the first call to in-home assessments, we create personalized care plans, provide ongoing support, and adjust services as needs change. Our Client Care Team provides training and supervision to caregivers, while our nurses provide medication management and oversee more complex care needs – ensuring safety, quality, and peace of mind for every client and family.

Kay O. | Client Care Director
I provide clients and families with dedicated and fully prepared staff to support their needs. It brings me great joy when anybody on our Amada team becomes “part of the family” or can help our clientele in any way. Valuing honesty, openness, and constructive feedback, I support others to achieve positive outcomes. I am grateful to be serving others.

Jes P. | Client Care Manager
As the coordinator of all client care aspects at our satellite office in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, I’m deeply committed to serving the elderly community. My passion for making a difference in their lives drives me each day.
Whether it’s providing hands-on caregiving or managing administrative tasks, I approach my role with care to ensure I am a trusted and reliable support to both clients and their families.

Tamara C., RN, RN Clinical Supervisor
My 14-year healthcare career includes experience in a skilled nursing home, assisted living memory care, pediatric care focused on fragile children and hospice. In addition to my role with Amada, I also currently work in a hospital.

Jodi B., RN, RN Case Manager
I have 25 years of nursing experience, specializing in hospice palliative care. I love working in the home care setting and consider it an honor to advocate for those who choose in-home care.

Andrea Y., LPN, RN Case Manager
I have been an LPN for 26 years. I love working with all the staff and clients at Amada and my flexible schedule.
Rey R., RN, RN Case Manager
My healthcare journey has deep roots. Raised by a nurse and surrounded by caregivers, I often say that caring for others is in my genes. This calling led me into the nursing field, where I’ve dedicated my career to helping improve people’s lives.
Market Development Team
Our Market Development Team builds meaningful connections with families, referral partners, and community organizations to ensure those who need care know where to turn. From hospitals and senior living communities to local events and veteran organizations, we share our mission and expand awareness of the services we provide. By fostering trusted relationships, our team helps grow our reach while connecting more families to the support they deserve.
Patty T., Community Outreach and Partnerships Coordinator
I act as a liaison between Amada and our community, seeking opportunities to advocate for senior issues and provide education on the benefits of in-home care. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with seniors in various settings including hospitals, long-term care facilities, and home care. I believe that every senior deserves compassionate care and support as they navigate this stage in life. I help care for my mom and was the primary caregiver for two of my aunties. It is an honor to be there for loved ones in need.
Operations Team
Our Operations Team keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes so care can remain the focus. They recruit and train caregivers, manage scheduling, and oversee compliance, billing, and technology – ensuring every detail is handled with accuracy and care. Their dedication creates a strong foundation so families, caregivers, and staff can rely on a dependable, well-coordinated experience every day.

Candice W., Office / HR Coordinator
Recruiting caregivers brings me great joy. With confidence, I select experienced caregivers who provide exceptional care to our clients. Our mission of enriching the lives of seniors resonates with me. I like making a meaningful difference in the lives of others, and I am grateful for the privilege to love what I do each day.
Amanda O., Home Care Scheduling Specialist
Growing up in a challenging environment shaped my determination to succeed and equipped me with the skills to assess our caregivers while anticipating the needs of our clients and their families. My priority is creating a positive home care experience by thoughtfully matching clients with caregivers who are not only reliable and skilled but also compassionate and caring.
Ester G., Scheduler On-Call / Weekends
Life happens – not always during the 8-5 work week. When you call Amada, a real person answers. Typically, on the weekends Ester answers the phone, helping address client care concerns and scheduling needs.
