From the first phone conversation until the 3rd call, when I eventually got time to have a meaningful phone conversation. I had a really good encounter with Igor at Amada Senior Care. Igor was considerate, compassionate, and patient despite the fact that we aren’t quite ready to begin services. He listened intently, asked all the appropriate questions, and never made us feel hurried. His approach made us feel valued as potential clients, and we ended each call confident that when the time comes, Amada will be our first choice. Highly recommend reaching out to Igor if you’re exploring senior care companies.

Kay at Amada is amazing! She came to assess my dad for night time care because he has been falling a lot. She was kind, knowledgeable, compassionate, funny and very pleasant to deal with. She made me feel so much better knowing my dad would be well cared for during the night. Would highly recommend her and the team at Amada.

Crystal went above and beyond to set up care for my husband Tom who had Parkinson’s and dementia. I was his primary caregiver and needed help at times I needed to leave him. She explained the process in detail and explained who would care for him and what services they would provide. She put me at ease knowing he would be in good hands.

Amada Senior Care was invaluable as a resource for providing 24 hour care for our mother on hospice. Rose was our first care provider for a 12 hour shift overnight. Rose came in confident and competent and put myself and my sisters at ease to be able to get some sleep knowing our mother was in good hands. The following 12 hour shifts we had Megan, Frances, and Mary. All of the care givers provided the support we needed emotionally and physically supporting our mother with confidence and compassion. It made a very stressful situation that much easier with their experience and willingness to jump right in and help our mom stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you Rose, Frances, Megan and Mary for doing what you do. We would highly recommend Amada Senior Care and their caregivers.

Kind, compassionate, timely professionals who love their jobs and others. Laundry, light housekeeping, cooking, showering, errands and just plain making life more enjoyable is their goal. They play cards and games with my Mother-in-law, too, which she loves❣️

The owner, Crystal, is one of the most genuine and caring people you are going to find to take care of you or your loved one. She goes above and beyond for her clients to make sure that all of their needs are met. Amada Senior Care is exemplary in every way. My 88 year Father has been under the care of Amada for over five years. In that time they have shown ease of scheduling, care to match my Dad with caregivers that align with his personality as well as his medical needs. When caring for my Father the Amada team has used creative methods to engage with him through playing games, going for nature walks, making jokes, and taking him off-site for meals- going above and beyond to ensure the time under their care is meaningful and respectful. My family is grateful to Crystal the General Manager as she has shown incredible professionalism even caring for my Dad herself when an employee was ill.
